The project area stretches from the Theatre and the Theatre Park in the west - through Øvre Ole Bulls plass, Kong Olav Vs plass and Torgallmenningen, Nedre Ole Bulls plass, Byparken, Festplassen and Lille Lungegårdsvann and the Library Park to the library in the east. The axis cross several roads in the city centre: Veiten, Olav Kyrres gate, Christies gate and Strømgaten. The axis crosses the important City Axis - the central axis between Johanneskirken and Fløyen. The project area therefore includes the junction between the axes. The assignment will include work on consultancy and engineering design assignments at different levels and with different time perspectives. General mapping, analysis and design are to be developed in partially integrated and partially parallel courses. The budget, complexity, and progress will vary between the different assignments. The assignment requires a general approach to the project area, and a multi-disciplinary approach to the need within the area. The assignment requires professional competence within urban design, and the development of urban and park areas, city life, and cultural memorials and cultural memorial management, together with the necessary technical professions.

Tenderers must be a legally established company. Documentation: Tenderers registered in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises do not need to enclose documentation. The contracting authority will inspect the registration by using the organisation number provided in the tenderer's Mercell profile. For tenderers that are not registered in the above-mentioned register, the tenderer must provide certificates or confirmation of registration (equivalent to a company registration certificate) in a trade register or company register as described in the legislation in the country where the tenderer is established. The certificate must not be issued more than 6 months prior to the tender deadline.
