Requirement:

Tenderers must be registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the state where the tenderer is established.

Documentation requirement:

• Norwegian tenderers: company registration certificate.

• Foreign companies: verification that the company is registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the state where the tenderer is established.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Requirement:

Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract. The requirement will be assessed in relation to the value and scope, and the risk connected to the contract.

Documentation requirement:

• Credit rating based on the most recent financial figures. The rating must be carried out by a credit rating company with licence to conduct this service.

If a tenderer has valid reasons for not being able to provide the documentation requested by the contracting authority, the tenderer can prove his economic and financial position with any other document that the contracting authority deems suitable.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Requirement:

Tenderers must have sufficient experience from equivalent assignments as regards the execution of such services and work. Equivalent assignments means the provision of the services included in this contract to public/private entities.

Documentation requirement:

Tenderers must attach a list of the most important relevant deliveries and services performed in the last 3 years, including information on the value, date, and recipients. Certificates issued by confirmed by the contracting authority can be attached. See annex 4, Reference Form.

Tenderers must have the necessary qualifications equivalent to those required for central certification in development class 2 for the function area: ‘executing’ for the discipline ‘Ventilation and climate installations’.

The documentation must be given in one of the following ways:

• documentation of central certification in enterprise classification 2 for relevant disciplines;

• alternatively, documentation that substantiates that the company

Has the necessary and relevant professional qualifications to implement measures such as ‘executing’, equivalent to development class 2 for the discipline ‘ventilation and climate installations’.

Tenderers must show a good ability to fulfil the assignment.

• competence overview.

An overview must be given showing the company’s employees, including information on disciplines and competence levels (education/master certificates/certificates of apprenticeship/apprentices/unskilled workers, etc.), as well as an overview of the number of employees that execute assignments within service and ventilation works.

• overview of key personnel for the contract:

— contract manager at the tenderer;

— service manager at the tenderer;

— executing service personnel.

The contract will contain requirements concerning wages and working conditions, documentation and sanctions in accordance with regulations on wages and working conditions dated 8 February 2008 No 112.
