The site work will be carried out in Stavanger Municipality along the E39, between Asser Jåttens Veg to a bit south of the Auglend tunnel on the western side of the E39. The project is one part of several construction stages for the E39 cyclist trunk road, where the Norwegian Public Roads Administration will ensure that there is an offer for cyclists on the stretch between Oalsgata in Sandnes Municipality and Madlaveien in Stavanger Municipality. This project includes, amongst other things, the construction of a new cyclist trunk road and ramps for crossing the E39 at Nesbuveien and Madlaveien by bridges.

Option 1: Prefabricated foot/cycle bridge over the E39.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

Tenderers must be a legally established company or consist of a group of contractors that are legally established companies.

Documentation requirement: company Registration Certificate from a Register of Business Enterprises Foreign tenderers must instead submit equivalent certificates in accordance with the legislation in the country where the tenderer is established.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

1) Tenderers must have good economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract;

2) Tenderers must have an equity ratio of at least 10 %;

3) Average annual turnover for the last 3 years must as a minimum be equivalent to the annual turnover of the contract.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Tenderers must have sufficient experience from a relevant nature and degree of difficulty from the following disciplines:

— road and bridge engineering design services;

— road and bridge construction;

— water/sewage and electro engineering design services;

— water/sewage and electro execution;

— blasting work;

— piling;

— filling work.

Tenderers must have experience from the execution of the work, it is not sufficient that the tenderer only has experience from managing a sub-contractors’ execution. If a tenderer only has experience from managing sub-contractors, the tenderer must rely on other companies that have the necessary experience from execution of the relevant works, further information on this is available in B2 point 4. The Norwegian Public Roads Administration and other builders' experiences with the tenderer will be appraised. Tenderers must have a system that shows that they work pro-actively to ensure safety, health and working environment (HMS), with relevance for equivalent work to that included in this contest. The system must be subject to regular audits. The tenderer and their central contractual partners must have an average H2 value lower than 12 for the last 3 years. Central contractual partners means contractors that carry out the main activities in the contract work. Tenderers must be certified or in the process of being certified in accordance with ISO 14001 (2015), EMAS (EU Eco-Management and Audit Scheme for environmental management), or the Eco-Lighthouse certification scheme, with relevance for equivalent transport projects. Tenderers must be certified or in the process of certification in accordance with ISO 9001 (2015), with relevance to comparable transport projects.
