Tenderers must have sufficient experience of a relevant nature and degree of difficulty from the following works:

• engineering design services, including model based engineering design services for multi-disciplinary installations that include bridge constructions and road installations, with at least one contract that involved engineering design services, having a contract value of minimum NOK 200 million.

Tenderers are required to show references to relevant contracts that they themselves have carried out in a satisfactory manner.
Conditions that will be evaluated are connected to i.a.:
• documentation of completed quality;
• fulfilment of contracts;
• compliance with provisions and procedures for HSE;
• compliance with provisions for wages and working conditions;
• observance of deadlines;
• follow up during the warranty/claims period;
• use of apprentices.
Tenderers must have a system that shows that they work proactively to ensure safety, health and working environment (HSE), with relevance for equivalent work as that covered by this contest. The system will be subject to periodic review.
Tenderers and their central contract facilitators ought to have an average H2 value lower than 15 for the last 3 years.
