This assignment is a sub-project int he E18 West Corridor. The intention of the assignment is to monitor the ground water level and pore pressure during the construction site work so that we can assess whether there is a need to implement measures. Most of the assignment consists of establishing and operating pore pressure meters by remote monitoring, installing remote monitoring for existing pore pressure meters, and drilling, installing and operating water infiltration well with monitoring. A website system is to be delivered for the presentation of remotely monitored data. The assignment is for the existing main contracts, E102, E103 and E105. There will be some engineering design services, for example, for connection points for water pipelines.

Monitoring ground water changes, pore pressure and water infiltration, and assessing any possible measures is important so as to avoid damaging settling on existing and future buildings and infrastructure in the area. Follow-up and monitoring of the surroundings is a continual process that will take place throughout the entire construction period, and probably also afterwards for a while. The current contract is for measures for all 3 contracts. Each part will start as stated in A3 4, and each part will last for 4 years from the start-up date, with an option for an extension for 1 year up to 4 times.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
The following must be delivered:
• annual Financial Statements for the last 3 financial years;
• documentation of any significant changes in the tenderer's equity and solidity in relation to the auditor confirmed accounts for the last 2 years, as well as the auditor's statement;
• credit assessment/rating, not older than 6 months.
The credit assessment/rating shall be based on the last known accounting figures and it shall be implemented by a credit information agency with permissions thereof.
• an overview of any significant incidents that have occurred after the most recently audited financial statements are issued.

Tenderers must have the financial basis necessary to fulfil the contractual obligations. Tenderers are required to be credit worthy.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
• description of the tenderer’s most relevant assignments during the last 5 years.
A minimum of three, maximum of five previous assignments must be described.
The description must include a statement of:
(a) contracting authority (name, telephone number and email address);
(b) Content and scope of the assignment;
(c) assignment period.
It is the tenderer's responsibility to document relevance through the description.
• The Norwegian Public Roads Administration’s own experiences with the tenderer can be assessed.

The tenderer must have relevant experience with work of the same nature, scope and degree of difficulty.
