Estimert totalverdi: 400 000 000 NOK 💰
Kort beskrivelse:

The light rail project is part of the 'Environmental Lift'; 'The Environmental Lift' is a joint term in the city growth contract for the Bergen area and the new toll money package. In the next 20 years we will develop a light rail, safer and better roads, cycle paths, pavements, and environmental streets. Together we will reduce traffic jams and climate gas emissions and ensure that everyone can easily and safely move around our city.

The first to third construction stages of the Light Rail run between Byparken in the centre of Bergen and Bergen Airport Flesland. This also includes a depot and a complete new workshop for all of the future light rail network.

The fourth construction stage will run from the city centre via Haukeland Hospital and Kronstad to Mindemyren and then through Løvstakken in a tunnel towards Oasen.

The fifth construction stage runs from the city centre through Åsane to Vågsbotn, together with a continual cycle route and an extension of the Fløyfjell tunnel to Eidsvåg.

This tender enquiry is for engineering design assignments outside the main engineering design services for construction stage 5, as well as individual assignments for ground surveys. The main assignments for engineering design services for construction stage 5 will be announced in separate contracts.

The aim of E01 is therefore major engineering design services for, amongst other things, preparatory contracts and projects for construction stage 5, and also assignments for construction stage 4. Tenderers must have good routines for interaction and sending documents to other engineering designers/executors at short notice.

The framework agreement is, thus, not exclusive and Bybanen Utbygging reserves the right to announce engineering design assignments instead of using the framework agreement.

The scope of the framework agreement is uncertain and will depend on further planning and the outcome of development plans, etc. Based on what the contracting authority currently sees, the scope is estimated to just under NOK 150 000 000, but the plans can be changed so that the scope is up to NOK 400 000 000. The estimated scope is not binding and Bybanen Utbygging is not obliged to have call-offs up to this scope.
