Framework agreement
The procurement will be regulated by the attached framework agreement, Rakkestad municipality's general procurement terms for services.
The framework agreement duration is from and including 01.11.2021 until and including 31.10.2023 with an option for the contracting authority to extend the framework agreement for up to two years, 12 months at a time.
The contracting authority will sign a contract with one supplier.
