Sandefjord Municipality, c/o Sandefjord treatment plant, would like to procure 1 dewatering machine and an option for a further 1 dewatering machine.

The procurement procedure is a contest with negotiations, which has two phases. The tenderers will be evaluated on the qualification requirements in phase 1 (prequalification). In phase 2 (the tender phase) the qualified tenderers (phase 1) will be invited to submit a tender for a dewatering machine.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

Requirement 1: Company registration certificate/company register: Tenderers must be registered in a company register or trade register in the member country where the tenderer is established. Documented by: Norwegian companies: Company registration certificate from the Register of Business Enterprises. Foreign companies: Proof that the company is registered in a branch or company register as prescribed in the legislation of the country where the tenderer is established.

Requirement 2: Paid taxes and duties Norwegian tenderers must present a tax and VAT certificate not older than 6 months from the deadline for receipt of tenders. Tenderers must not have substantial arrears. Any arrears must be justified separately. Documentation: Tax and VAT certificate.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Requirement 3: Tenderers are required to have good economic ability to fulfil the contract. The contracting authority retains the right to collect further information that is considered necessary to assess the tenderer's economic and financial position. Documentation: Presentation of the company's annual accounts (the most recent annual report submitted to the Brønnøysund Register of Enterprises, incl. the auditor's report). The contracting authority reserves the right to request preliminary figures after the latest annual report, as well as financial statements for the two previous years if this is found necessary.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Requirement 4: Tenderers must have experience and good references from comparable deliveries. Documentation that the requirements are fulfilled: A description of the tenderer's up to 3 most relevant assignments in the last 3 years. The list must include a statement of the assignment value, dates and recipients (name, telephone number and e-mail address). It is the tenderer's responsibility to document relevance through the description.

Requirement 5: Tenderers must have a service organisation in Scandinavia (Norway, Denmark, or Sweden). Documentation of the requirement: A description of the tenderer's organisation for the delivery and location. The description must contain both an organisation plan for the delivery and for servicing and maintenance after installation.

Requirement 6: A good and well-functioning quality management system is required, which is certified in accordance with ISO 9001, or which has an equivalent scope, cf. NS-EN ISO 9001, and which is appropriate for the deliveries in the assignment. Documentation: A statement of the tenderer's quality management system and documentation of certification or a description that documents that the tenderer has a quality system that fulfils the qualification terms.
