Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

Qualification requirement: Tenderers must be a legally established company.

Documentation requirement: Norwegian tenderers: Company registration certificate from the Brønnøysund Register Centre*. Foreign tenderers: Proof that the tenderer is registered in a trade or business registry or a Register of Business Enterprises as prescribed in the legislation of the country in which the tenderer is established.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Qualification requirement: Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract.

Documentation requirement: The contracting authority will, as a starting point, obtain a credit rating from tenderers. Credit rating based on the most recent financial figures. Financial strength will be evaluated in relation to turnover, operating profit margin, solidity and liquidity.

The contracting authority reserves the right to obtain the tenderers' annual accounts including notes with the board and auditor's reports from the last year*.

If a tenderer, due to valid reasons, cannot present the requested documentation, he can prove his economic and financial position with other documentation that the contracting authority can accept.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Qualification requirement: Tenderers must have a good reputation from equivalent assignments in the last 3 years.

Documentation requirement: A description of televant assignments in the last 3 years. The description must include information of contract value, date and recipient (name, telephone no. and e-mail address).

Tenderers can document experience be referring to the competence of the personnel that can be used for this project, even if the experience was acquired while the personnel was in the service of another employer.

References may be contacted if necessary to clarify the relevance of the assignment. However, it is still the tenderer's responsibility to substantiate relevance through the description. Tenderers must use the reference form in Annex 5.

Qualification requirement:Tenderers must have the sufficient implementation ability and capacity to provide the required services.

Tenderers must give a brief and overall description of the company including:

— a description of the company's general organisation and number of employees,

— core competence related to the delivery.

Qualification requirement. Tenderers must have a quality assurance system.

The main tenderer cannot rely on other supplier to fulfil this requirement.

Documentation requirement: A description of the quality assurance system. Attach any certifications of the tenderer's quality assurance system.

If a tenderer is certified in accordance with ISO 9001 or equivalent quality assurance certification, it is sufficient to attach a copy of the valid certificate.

The main tenderer must fulfil this requirement.

Qualification requirement: Tenderers must have an environmental management system.

Documentation requirement: A description of the environmental management measures, or a certificate thereof issued by an independent body.

If a tenderer is certified in accordance with the Eco-Lighthouse certification scheme, the Eco-Management and Audit Scheme, ISO 14001 or equivalent environmental management schemes, it is sufficient to attach a copy of the valid certificate.
