The purpose of the procurement is to ensure that the dental health service in Vestland County and Bergen Hospital Trust has access to a broad and good selection of necessary dental consumables for our clinics.
A framework agreement for the assignment shall be signed with one supplier. The framework agreement period is 2 years. The contracting authority will have the right for extending the framework agreement for further 1+1 year, to a total maximum agreement period of 4 years.

Justification for cancellation Section 25-4 of the public procurement regulations state that a contracting authority can cancel a contest if there is a justifiable reason. The contracting authority has uncovered uncertainties in the tender documentation whilst reviewing the received tenders. In an oversight the contracting authority has added a wrong unit/size in Annex C Price Sheet in the rows for surface disinfection, which has led to uncertainties around the estimated volume. In addition, the title of some of the columns can be misleading. This has led to uncertainties in pricing, which has made it difficult for the contracting authority to compare the received tenders. The contracting authority therefore sees that it must make adjustments/changes to Annex C Price Sheet. The contest is thus cancelled, cf. the public procurement regulations, section 25-4.
