Varighet: 36 måneder
Beskrivelse av fornyelser: Three extensions of 12 months each.
Beskrivelse av opsjoner:

— Municipal and inter-municipal companies, as well as other public units/entities in accordance with chapter 1.6.2 — other customers will have an option to join the framework agreement's terms in the municipality/municipalities where they are established;

— Extension of the contract period;

— Change in locations, speeds, and technology in the contract period;

— TV and Internet for residents and/or users of communication/intercom locations.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

— Norwegian tenderers must submit a tax certificate, cf. chapter 2.1.3 in the tender documentation;

— Norwegian tenderers must submit a company registration certificate, cf. chapter 2.1.4 in the tender documentation.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Requirement:

Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to be able to fulfil the contract.

Creditworthiness with no requirement for guarantees will be sufficient to meet the requirement.

Documentation requirement:

A credit rating based on the most recent financial figures. The rating must be carried out by a credit rating company with a licence to conduct this business.

If a tenderer has valid reasons for not being able to provide the documentation requested by the contracting authority, the tenderer can document his economic and financial capacity by presenting other documentation considered suitable by the contracting authority.

Tenderers will be required to have the economic and financial ability to fulfil the contract.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Requirement:

Tenderers must have experience from comparable assignments.

Documentation requirement:

Description of up to three of the tenderer's most relevant assignments during the last 3 years. The description must include a statement of the assignment's value, date and recipient (name, contact person, telephone number and e-mail address). It is the tenderer's responsibility to document relevance through the description. The contracting authority reserves the right to contact the stated references in order to verify the submitted information. Tenderers can document experience by referring to the competence of the personnel at his disposal that may be used for this assignment, even if the experience was acquired whilst the personnel was working for another supplier.

Tenderers must have sufficient capacity to fulfil a contract of this scope.

Overview of the tenderer's average workforce and number of associates in the administrative management. Overview of the number of employees who will be involved in the implementation of this contract.

Tenderers must have a suitable quality assurance system for their operations.

Tenderers must describe their quality assurance system.

It can be based on an internal system or an external system such as ISO-standards.

If a tenderer depends on sub-suppliers to fulfil the contract, whether in the form of support for economic and financial capacity, technical and/or professional qualifications, a commitment statement must be attached that shows that the tenderer can use the required resources at the sub-supplier for this contract (Section 16-10 (2) of the regulations).
