7.0 Options
Tenderers must price the following options.
7.1 Spare parts for normal maintenance
Spare parts for one year in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications.
7.2 Annual service contract after the guarantee period
Service cost per operational hour.
7.3 Container spreader (45 feet, twinlift)
Twin lift telescopic spreader for the port crane 20 to 45 feet SWL 41 tonnes. Type Stinis or equivalent.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
6. Qualification requirement: Must be fulfilled in order to be seen as qualified.
A) Tax certificate and VAT certificate, not older than six months.
B) The company's last Annual Report, declaration about the company’s turnover during the last year.
C) HSE (health, safety, and the environment) declaration
D) Tenderers must have carried out equivalent deliveries in the last 3 years.
E) Account of the company´s quality system.
F) Account of the environmental follow-up system
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Prices and payment terms.
All prices are to be given in Euro - EUR (excluding VAT), the invoicing terms are
 Minimum 30 days after BIKS has received an approved invoice, as agreed in the contract's payment plan
 EHF invoicing must be used in accordance with BIKS' normal set-up.
The crane is to be delivered at BIKS Øra Terminal in accordance with the
 Incoterms 2020 DPU (Deliverd at Place Unloaded).
The payment plan for the delivery must be proposed by the seler, the guarantee period must apply after the delivery is complete/commissioned, and that all the technical and commercial conditions are taken care of and approved by BIKS.
Terms
A separate contract will be drawn up between the parties for the delivery.
