This is a procurement that involves sampling and analysing the samples. The tenderer will primarily carry out venous blood samples requisitioned by a doctor, ensure that the samples are analysed, and that the results are given to the respective nursing homes through Gerica.
There is a general need for sampling at the institutions once or twice a week. The health centres usually generate more sampling than the other institutions. The tenderer must therefore expect to use more resources at the health centres.

Requirement: Tenderers must be a legally established company.

Documentation Requirement: Norwegian companies: Company Registration Certificate

Foreign tenderers: Verification that the company is registered in a trade index or a register of business enterprises as prescribed by the law of the country where the company is established.

Requirements: The laboratory must be approved in accordance with the ISO system, accreditations or other equivalent applicable to the industry.

Documentation requirement: A copy of the approvals/accreditations.

Requirement: Tenderers must have the financial capacity to carry out the assignment/contract.

Documentation requirement: Credit evaluation/rating, not older than 6 months from the deadline for receipt of tenders, which is based on the last known accounting figures.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Requirement: Experience from the requested service.

Documentation requirement: Overview of the three most important assignments / clients in the last three years. The overview shall contain a description of each assignment with time period, contract value and associated contact information.
