The objective of the invitation to tender is to enter into a contract for architectural and consulting engineering services in relation to the implementation of the concept stage of the project "New Helgeland hospital ". The contracting authority will sign a contract with one contract party that will be responsible for the services that shall be provided.

The concept phase shall be in accordance with "Veileder for tidligfasen i sykehusbyggprosjekter" ("Guidelines for the early phase in hospital construction projects" and the contracting authority wishes in accordance with this assistance in:

Step 1: Main program and alternative assessment

Step 2: Selection and elaboration of the main alternative per location

Option 1: The option applies to the review of "Alternative 1: New building in Sandnessjøen and surroundings" on an additional site.

Option 2: Extend the assignment to apply to the pre-project phase
