Kort beskrivelse:
Separation Ladebekken - Rosenborg, stage 3.
New water, sewage, and surface water pipelines are to be laid along Thomas von Westens gate, Hans Nielsens Hauges gate, and Lademoen kirkealle and up Stadsingeniør Dahls gate, including the side roads Jebeveien, Gamle kongevei, and Bakkaunveien.
The new water, sewage and surface water pipelines are a necessary upgrade to the existing network, which is old and partly in bad condition. The existing installations are joint-sewage, which will to emissions of untreated sewage into the fjord.
New installations are to be constructed with separate sewage water and surface water in order to manage ever increasing amounts of surface water and to reduce the load on the pipeline network and treatment plants. This will give lower emissions of sewage water to Trondheimsfjord and reduce the risk of back-pressure of sewage into basements. Adjoining, private pipeline installations must be separated.

The pipelines will primarily be laid along the existing pipeline route along roads. Landowners will be contacted so as to come to an agreement however where excavation work is required on private land.
The site work will be carried out in sections, with a planned start-up in autumn 2021 and completion in 2023. The necessary diversion routes must be prepared and access to houses must be secured during the construction period, as well as facilitating for pedestrians and others. There is quick clay in the ground and necessary geotechnical surveys and analyses must be carried out so that measures can be undertaken to ensure stability both during and after the construction period.

— 1 650 m water and sewage ditch (approx. 900 m main route and 750 m side routes);
— 12 water manholes;
— 43 sewage manholes.
