The purpose of the contract is to engage a contractor for contract 4101 Nursing room ducts for the project New Hospital in Drammen (Norwegian: NSD), which will be responsible for the delivery of Nursing room ducts.
The New Hospital in Drammen (Norwegian: NSD) includes buildings with a total area of approx. 122,000 m2. The site is 150 decare, and is located in the existing industrial area at Brakerøya as far as Drammenselva and near the railway station. The construction work was started in autumn 2019. The hospital must be ready for trial operation on 06.01.2025.

The project consists of the following buildings (building number in parentheses):
Ward Buildings Part 1 and 2 (161 and 162)
Treatment Buildings Part 1 and 2 (121 and 122)
Outpatient Buildings Part 1 and 2 (151 and 152)
Service Buildings (140)
Access Buildings (110)
Psychiatry Buildings Part 1, 2 and 3 (131, 132 and 133)
Glass covered walkways Part 1 and 2 (123 and 134)
Helicopter platform (163)
It is primarily the Ward buildings’ part 1 and 2, the Treatment buildings’ Part 1 and 2 and the Outpatients' buildings’ Part 1 and 2 under the common name the Central Buildings (Norwegian Sentralbygg) and Access Buildings (Norwegian: Adkomsbygg) that are covered by this contract. These buildings make up an area of approx. 100,000m2.

The tenderer shall cover the delivery of nursing room ducts. These will be transferred in their entirety to contract 4001 Electrical installations - the Central Buildings and contract 2002 Turnkey contract - the Access buildings which is responsible for the installation of the nursing room ducts in this project for the Central Buildings and Access Buildings.

The tenderers shall ensure a good and coordinated progress of their deliveries, as well as provide assistance in connection with completion. This in the form of testing, preparation, commissioning of the facilities and Management Operation and Maintenance building system (MOM), in accordance with current plans and presumptions for the area.

Framework agreement tenderers must, in an interaction phase after the contracting, assist with planning the work together with other contractors. Further details on this work are in annexes C1, E6, and F2.
EPD documents must be submitted to the degree that they are available for the contract's deliveries.
