K4001 contains the following:
Basic installations
Includes conduits, earthing and lightning protection in the entire building.
Low voltage system
Inlet pipe and rising main
Including inlet pipe from transformer to main distribution is carried out with encapsulated conductor rail with connection in the main distribution.
The rising main system is largely made with encapsulated busbars laid horizontally in technical rooms and vertically in shafts. Outlet boxes are established for withdrawal of power to
subdistribution and larger load units. Ladder cables are also used for minor loads and where power rails are not used.
Main distributions
The main distributions are established in a separate room, wall to wall with the network stations in M1 M2 and L2l.
The main distributions for prioritised power and normal power will be established separately in separate rooms on established computer floors.
Subdistributions
The subdistributions are established in separate rooms near electrical technical rooms and are carried out as floor-mounted steel plate cabinets, separate units for normal power, emergency power and UPS power.
Course programme
The section deals with course plans for operations and technical operations.
Course plans for among other things, the following systems: lighting, plugs, heating cables, technical equipment, roof hatches, pressure regulators, extractor hoods, cooling baffles, radiator valves, room thermostats, motorised fire dampers, autoclaves, photocells on washbasins, garbage disposal, pipe posts, charging stations for smoke hatches, frequency converters, door automation, emergency lighting control panels, fire alarm systems, ITV cameras, venetian blinds, sun screening, weather station, movement detectors, wind socks etc.

Emergency lighting
Includes delivery, assembly, commissioning and start-up of complete emergency lighting systems for buildings L and M.
Heating
Including:
• heating cables in built-in shower/toilet room;
• heating cables in freezer floor, (solution to be clarified with system supplier);
• heating cables by skylights;
• heating cables/heating system around roof rainwater outlet;
• heating in lift wells.
Electrical snow-melting in small lots
Control system for external heating.
UPS
As part of the secure power supply in installation, centralised UPS systems will be established which, in the event of a failure in the normal supply, or a failure in the generator supply, will ensure uninterrupted and filtered power supply to critical and important electro-technical infrastructure. The complete UPS system will be delivered to two locations in the buildings.
