The project New Hospital in Drammen (Norwegian abbreviation PNSD) includes buildings with a total area of approx. 122 000 m

The project consists of the following buildings (building number in brackets):

— ward building, parts 1 and 2 (161 and 162);

— treatment building, parts 1 and 2 (121 and 122);

— outpatients building, parts 1 and 2 (151 and 152);

— service building (140);

— access building (110);

— psychiatry building, parts 1, 2 and 3 (131, 132 and 133);

— glass covered street, parts 1 and 2 (123 and 134);

— helicopter platform (163).

This contract primarily covers the ward building, parts 1 and 2, the treatment building, parts 1 and 2, the outpatients building, parts 1 and 2, the service building, and the glass covered street 1, under the joint term central building. These buildings make up an area of approx. 90 000 m

The contract will cover the procurement and execution of the described technical installations within electro and ICT infrastructure for the central building in this project.

The contract will procure, deliver, and assemble UPS installations.

The contract will also include fibre cabling from the SHKR room in the central building to all KR rooms in the access building and the psychiatry building. This also includes the procurement, assembly of racks, panels, fibre termination, testing and documentation.

The contract will procure, delivery, and assemble clock installations.

The contract will procure, deliver, and assemble a computer floor in areas where this is described.

Cabling work for other contracts and disciplines is in the interface document, annex C20 and the work descriptions in annex C2. The administrative work related to the C20 document is to be priced in the rigging and operations chapter in the C2 annex.

Contract 4401 lighting equipment and contract 4101 sickroom channels, will be procured in separate contracts, which will be transferred to this contract.

The tenderer must see to good and coordinated progress in its work, as well as the testing, preparation, commissioning of the installations, and MOM documentation, in accordance with the current plans and prerequisites in the area.

The tenderer will, in an interaction phase after the contracting, assist with planning the timing of the work together with other contractors. Further details on this work are in annexes C1, E6, and F2.

EPD documents must be submitted to the degree that they are available for the contract's deliveries.
