The project New Hospital in Drammen (Norwegian abbreviation PNSD) includes buildings with a total area of approx. 122 000 m
The project consists of the following building (building number in parentheses):
— ward buildings Part 1 and 2 (161 and 162);
— treatment buildings Part 1 and 2 (121 and 122);
— outpatient buildings Part 1 and 2 (151 and 152);
— service building (140);
— access building (110);
— psychiatry buildings Part 1, 2 and 3 (131, 132 and 133);
— glass covered walkways Part 1 and 2 (123 and 134);
— landing platform for helicopters (163) Contract 3006 Gas and compressed air systems shall include the delivery and installation of complete plants for the following systems:
— technical gases/laboratory gases for the laboratory department;
— medical gases for the clinical operation of the hospital;
— technical compressed air for laboratory areas and technical areas in the hospital;
— medical air and instrument air for the clinical operation of the hospital;
— evacuation of Quench from MRI. Refer to appendix C for the technical description of the plants.

The site is 150 decares, and is located in the existing industrial area at Brakerøya as far as Drammenselva and near the railway station. The construction works were initiated in autumn 2019. The hospital must be ready for trial operation in June 2024.
