Helse Sør-Øst RHF shall establish a new hospital in Drammen. A decision has been made to locate the new hospital in the Brakerøya industrial area. Work scope for contract 2403 1. Supporting constructions. Steel constructions will be assembled by the framework contracts. Parts of the steel constructions must be fire isolated by contract 2403. 2. Internal walls. Includes all internal walls, but not concrete and lightweight aggregate walls that are part of the framework contracts (K2301 and K2302). Non-loadbearing walls are to be generally constructed with studding of thin sheets of steel, lining of OSB/3 sheets, and covered with robust plasterboard. The skirting is not separated with separate TFM codes/components. The same components in the IFC model used for inner walls is to be used. The internal covering on outer walls and the insulation of the innermost furring is to be carried out by 2403. 3. Glass panels. Glass panels will often by separated from internal doors by a section of wall between the glass panel and the internal wall.

All internal doors are included in the contract. These are primarily wooden doors with a laminated
surface, but there are also a large number of fibreglass doors (both swing doors and
sliding doors). Many doors have glass panels. Electric sliding doors are to be delivered with automation and
control.
5. Locks and fittings
In general the following is to be delivered:
Locks and fittings with electric connection from turnkey contract K5401 Security, locks, and
fittings.
Mechanical locks and fittings from contract 2403.
Doors must be prepared for locks and fittings delivered by 5401.
The contractor will, together with BH, ARK, and K5401 use Microbuild Engineering as the
engineering design tool for doors, locks, and fittings. The contractor must use Microbuild
progress during production as a progress tool right from the door factory to the ready tested
door environment.
6. Floors
All floor coverings with underlying levelling is included in contract 2403. Some
areas that require casting on site are included in 2403. This primarily concerns casting on site with
underlying insulation.
7. Ceilings
System ceilings are primarily used. Metal ceilings in corridors. Slated ceilings
Fixed ceiliing in areas with special requirements and needs.
8. Painting work
All internal painting work is included in the contract. As a starting point, the requirement for
painted surfaces is aesthetic class K3 with a paint product. Rooms with hygiene
/clean room requirements will have slightly higher surface requirements. All non-visible surfaces must
be treated with a dust adhesive medium.
9. Railings and hand rails
All concrete stairs with a terrazzo surface are to be delivered by the framework contracts. Contracts
2401 and 2402 will deliver and assemble railings and hand rails in the concrete stairs. In order to
avoid a visible change in the execution and materials, contracts 2401 and 2402 will deliver and
assemble railings and hand rails all the way up in the building, also in contract 2403's
contract area. 10. Special rooms (air infection isolation ward). Rooms with special requirements for hygiene surfaces and density are specified in NSD-0000-Z-RA0027 Basic project air infection isolation ward. The work with the different building parts are included in the respective professional areas. In addition, chapter 99 includes an overview of which priced items are included in each individual special room. Priced items for documentation, pressure testing, verification, etc., are included in chapter 99. 11. Auxiliary work for HVAC and electro. Auxiliary work for HVAC and sanitation and electro will be included in contract 2403. Fireproofing of bushings are all in a separate chapter (chapter 27), which includes fire insulation for both HVAC and sanitation and electro. All the fire insulation in the contract MUST be carried out by one company.
