Helse Nord RHF would like tenders for the procurement of round the clock treatment within rehabilitation//habilitation for youths and adults with mental illness. Sykehusinnkjøp HF is assisting Helse Nord RHF with the procurement. The purpose of the procurement of round the clock treatment within rehabilitation/habilitation for youths and adults with mental illness is to fulfil the health region’s ‘take care of’ responsibility in order to ensure the public has access to necessary health services. The contracting authority emphasises that the procedure is an open procedure in accordance with PPR chapter IV and that negotiations are included. The contracting authority also notes their reservation that the tender form is not completely suited to the procedure for the procurement of health services.
