The contract will be a supplementary and alternative treatment offer for patients in the region within the treatment categories, where outpatient clinic treatment and day treatment are not sufficient, and where the patients need close follow-up from the institution in order to master their own health, living situation, education and/or work. Parts of the tender can be carried out in an outpatients clinic or as day treatment. The contracting authority emphasises that the procedure is an open procedure in accordance with PPR chapter IV and that negotiations are included. The contracting authority also notes their reservation that the tender form is not completely suited to the procedure for the procurement of health services.
