In this contest we will enter into framework agreements for 24 hour services for persons over 18 years of age with mental illness. The target group is persons over 18 years of age with mental illness or mental health challenges, where the district has decided on 24 hour services. Persons in the target group will have various challenges and help needs associated with additional problems such as mental impairment, developmental disorders, substance abuse, somatics, nutrition and challenging behaviours. Some in the target group have resolutions on use of coercion and force in accordance with the Health and Care Services Act chapter 9.
The overall goal of the service is to provide sound individual health and social professional follow-up that contributes to better mental and physical health, reduction of risk behaviour, increased self-mastery and experience of quality of life. The services must be designed and provided in accordance with the users' individual needs, resources and goals.
