Separate tender documentation has not been prepared for the framework agreement for IR-Scanning, see the PPR Section 8-4. The reason for this is the 99 page 'asphalt tender' No 5-19-2021-03-v1, dated 25 February 2021, which was attached to the notice and tender invitation in Doffin. The 'asphalt tender' includes, on page D1.3-3 (page 4) under special description, Inspection: 'Requirements for IR-Scanning', which describes IR-Scanning. In addition, the following is attached for the actual contest for a framework agreement for IR-Scanning: 'Contest rules TFFK goods and services', 'Description of IR-Scanning', 'Overview of Tender Information', and 'Price Sheet'.
