Contest for Entry into Framework Agreements for the Purchase of Outpatient Specialist Health Services within Mental Health Care for Patients under and Over 18 Years of Age
The purpose of the procurement is to enter into framework agreements for ordering outpatient specialist health services in mental health care for breach of deadline scheme patients under 18 years of age.
Deadlines have been notified at several hospitals, and as a result Helfo wants to enter into framework agreements to offer health care to these patients who have breached deadlines.
The procurement is divided into six lots. Framework agreements will be entered into in different geographical catchment areas further described in the tender documentation.
Tenderers can submit tenders for one or more lots.
Helfo cannot estimate the scope of the contract as the number of patients who have breached deadlines is out of Helfo's control. Helfo cannot guarantee the number of patients mediated on the contracts.
