Estimert totalverdi: 5 450 000 NOK 💰
Kort beskrivelse:
Trondheim Municipality needs consultancy assistance in connection with mapping and assessment of the environmental risk from two disused municipal landfills in Trondheim: Ladedalen, and Fredlydalen and their border areas.
For each landfill the assignment involves the following:
— to reveal the landfills’ geographical delimitation, power and structure,
— perform environmental geological/technical surveys of the landfill and sampling of leachate from the landfill in order to clarify the leachate composition, risk of run-off to recipients and any need for action and after operation in accordance with applicable regulations (for e.g. the Pollution Control Act and the Water Regulation),

— to map groundwater direction and depth of the groundwater in the action area, as well as composition of the groundwater in relation to the Water Regulation,
— geotechnical assessment of soil condition in the action area, for .e.g suitability for any future construction projects, specifically in relation to the stability of waste conditions/deposited matter,
— to perform surveys in order to assess the current gas production, emissions from landfill surfaces, and seepage to underground infrastructure, including making a forecast of future gas production, including risk and vulnerability analysis for gas emissions and any relevant action to prevent spreading. Review of landfill gas must also include leachate of gas(es) to properties in the border zone.
