There is a need for hired expertise that can assist IN in

— work with integrating sustainability, climate risk, and the EU's taxonomy in internal systems for financing cases;

— developing a system/method for reporting on projects with climate and environmental effects that have received public support;

— developing content that can be used in internal training and our competence/consultancy services aimed as businesses;

— assisting with the development of tools, templates, etc., for use in the entity, including the EU team's assignments connected to EU programmes such as Horisont Europa. The assignment is complex and not clearly defined, and IN needs expertise with broad competence and a broad eclectic team. It is important that the hired expertise is well updated on international strategies, such as Green Deal, EU programme, and relevant schemes that will influence Norwegian business in the EU's next strategy period. The chosen tenderer will — together with internal resource persons in Innovasjon Norge — define the assignment and make an implementation plan.
