Frevar draws attention to the fact that the deadlines that the Public Administrator imposes on Frevar for completing the project, c.f. point 1.2 above, amongst other things, means that it is impossible to comply with the tender deadline of minimum 30 days in the utilities regulations, section 16-2 (1). The tender deadline is, therefore, 15 days, c.f. the utilities regulations, section 16-2 (3). The procurement has been announced previously, with Doffin reference 2021-305493 on 22 February 2021, but this previous contest had to be cancelled on 20 May 2021. Frevar has only made minor changes/necessary adaptations to the procurement documents.
