Consultancy services for process facilitation to set strategic direction for Norad’s partnerships and innovation efforts for sustainable development
Norad is seeking high quality, hands on consultancy support to help set strategic direction for its partnership, redistribution, and innovation efforts including how to build, strategically operate and mobilize key actors to attain the Sustainable Development Goals.
The process will focus on identifying potential system changing interventions – and the toolbox and partnerships to succeed – within the following thematic focus areas:
- Human development,
- Food systems,
- Energy systems,
- Social protection and equity

The assignment will last initially three months (possibly longer), and will be conducted in two periods; from mid-November until mid-December, and from early January through February 2022. Parts of the assignment requires physical presence in Oslo.

Budget frame: The value of the procurement is estimated from NOK 2 million to 2,5 million but is limited to NOK 4 million VAT exclusive (including option).

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
Norad has the option to extend the assignement with a value of up to NOK 1 million VAT exclusive (total value for the assignment would then be 4 million)

Legally established company.
The tenderer must enclose a company certificate or register printout (sole proprietorship) from the register of legal entities.
Tax certificate.
Norwegian providers must enclose a tax certificate for tax, employer's contribution and value added tax. Such a certificate can be obtained in Altinn. The tax certificate must not be older than 6 months from the expiry of the deadline for submission of tenders. Sole proprietorships must submit confirmation that they are not registered in the VAT register. Foreign providers must submit corresponding tax certificates from their countries.
