Politiets Fellestjenester (PFT), Norwegian Police Shared services (Norwegian: PFT), hereafter referred to as the contracting authority, on behalf of the Norwegian Police and the Norwegian Police Security Service, will enter into framework agreements for consultancy services for the management and development of the police. The procurement is divided into the following lots:

3) Analysis and review;
4) Digitalisation, organisation and business development;
5) Quality assurance of the project.
