The Norwegian University of Life Sciences (NMBU) would like to enter into a framework agreement with a tenderer of consultancy services for assistance and consultancy services for the implementation of a rental model in the public sector.
NMBU's ethical guidelines state that the University must follow the UN's human rights and the ILO's core conventions for the entire value chain affected by a procurement. NMBU emphasises the perspective of sustainability in the organisation — also in relation to procurement processes. NMBU is a member of the ethical trading initiative Norway. Further information about us can be found on NMBU's website. In addition to NMBU with the main organisation No 969 159 570 the following subdivisions are a part of the agreement
NMBU's ethical guidelines state that the University must follow the UN's human rights and the ILO's core conventions for the entire value chain affected by a procurement. NMBU emphasises the perspective of sustainability in the organisation — also in relation to procurement processes. NMBU is a member of the ethical trading initiative Norway. Further information about us can be found on NMBU's website. In addition to NMBU with the main organisation No 969 159 570 the following subdivisions are a part of the agreement

The objective and scope of the contract:
The contract value is estimated to be above the EEA threshold. The estimated value is not binding for the contracting authority. The need is uncertain, but is estimated to be on average NOK 500 000 excluding VAT a year, approx. NOK 2 000 000 excluding VAT over a 4-year period, with an upper limit of NOK 2 500 000 excluding VAT.
The contract value is estimated to be above the EEA threshold. The estimated value is not binding for the contracting authority. The need is uncertain, but is estimated to be on average NOK 500 000 excluding VAT a year, approx. NOK 2 000 000 excluding VAT over a 4-year period, with an upper limit of NOK 2 500 000 excluding VAT.
The need for the services is expected to be greatest in the first contract period (2021-2023). The volume will be dependent on amongst other things, the contracting authority's requirements, activities, budget and other framework factors.
