The purpose of the R&D project is to provide knowledge about the extent to which and possibly in what way the implemented measures for increased diversity in working life, contributes to achieving the desired results and effects. The knowledge shall ensure good utilization of resources and measures and that the measures are accurate. The knowledge may also be used for input for future policy development in the field of diversity in working life.
In accordance with the Government's integration strategy, the measures have the following overall objectives: The measures shall contribute to increasing employers 'awareness of ethnic diversity as a resource, increased recruitment of immigrants, as well as better use of immigrants' skills in working life.

Kort beskrivelse:
A consequential evaluation of initiated measures and measures for increased diversity in working life shall be carried out. The contract period is approx. 3.5 years from the date of contract signing. The final delivery shall be at the end of 2024 The provider shall give input to the contracting authority during the implementation of measures and instruments for assessing the need for adjustments and changes in the process. The provider must present interim reports once a year. In addition to the final report, the provider must present a guideline for employers for use in their diversity work.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Tenderers must be registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to be able to fulfil the contract. Creditworthiness with no requirement for guarantees will be sufficient to meet the requirement.

Credit rating based on the most recent accounting figures. The rating must be carried out by a credit rating company with a license to conduct this service.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet: Tenderers must have experience from comparable assignments.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
Description of up to three of the tenderer's most relevant assignments during the last three years. The list must include a statement of the deliveries´ value, dates and recipients (name, telephone number and e-mail address). It is the tenderer's responsibility to document relevance through the description.
