This framework agreement concerns services (including necessary materials) within cleaning services for the named lots/areas 1 to 5. The contracts will have a one year duration with an option for the contracting authority to extend on verbatim terms for 1 year + 1 year + 1 year, for a total of 4 years. The options will triggered automatically unless the contracting authority notifies otherwise, at the latest 3 months prior to the expiry of the contract. The planned start for all of the contracts is 21 August 2021. The contract will be regulated by NS 8431:2015 Delivery of cleaning services, with the changes and special contract terms in the contract basis. The contract is divided into five lots/zones, with associated locations.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Tenderers must be a legally registered company.
Tenderers must have their tax, employer contribution and value added tax (VAT) payments in order.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract. Creditworthiness with no requirement for guarantees will be sufficient to meet the requirement.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
The tenderer must have experience from at least three relevant assignments as described in the tender documentation and annex, in regard to scope and complexity.
The tenderer must have a well-functioning quality/management system for the services that will be provided.
The tenderer must safeguard environmental considerations and have an adequate environmental management system.
The tenderer is required to have an organisation that has the capacity to implement the assignments in accordance with the contract.
The tenderer must be approved in the Norwegian Labour Inspection Authority's cleaning register (tenderers who have not yet been approved must have an application under consideration).
