NAV Tiltak Oslo shall enter into a contract for the labour market clarification measure for speakers of minority languages with requirements for more comprehensive follow-up support than what the Norwegian Labour and Welfare Organisation can provide. NAV Tiltak Oslo sees a need for a separate clarification measures especially adapted to speakers of minority languages participants with limited Norwegian skills and weaker basic skills. Many participants in the target group also have complex health challenges and a limited relation to the Norwegian working life. The clarification measure includes the mapping and assessing participants´ work abilities and any specific needs for assistance in getting or keeping work. See the requirement specifications in the tender documentation, Part III, annex 1 for further specifications of the requirements.
