The program for city research is a collaboration between eight metropolitan municipalities and KS. The program will initiate research projects that are relevant for the cities, and be a tool for city municipalities’ development of service performance and planning. The program is led by a program committee with representatives for each of the eight cities and a representatives from KS. Oslo Municipality c/o the Department of Finance is the secretariat for the program.
The project being announced is financed by the Program for city-oriented research. Stavanger Municipality is the contracting authority and will be the contracting party for the project. The following municipalities also participate in the project: Trondheim, Bergen, Oslo, Bærum, Drammen, Tromsø and Kristiansand.
