Kort beskrivelse:
The sports hall with changing rooms, technical room, and stores is to be located towards the north back in the terrain. The arts centre will be towards the south on the ground floor, and the resource department and administration on the first floor. The heart room with the main entrance, canteen and seating amphitheatre will connect this to the wraparound care department and teaching areas. The teaching areas will be split into two classroom wings towards the river.

The school's play area will be to the south and east of the school. Walls, open spaces, access and parking will be on the west side. The area is to be connected by a footbridge to a bus stop on the opposite side of the river.
The main principle in the preliminary project is that the school is constructed in wood and glulam, with the exception of the sports hall, where a decision has been made to use conventional construction methods.
The project will be carried out as a turnkey enterprise.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Tenderers must have their tax, payroll tax and VAT payments in order in accordance with the legal provisions.
Norwegian tenderers must present a tax and VAT certificate. The tax certificate must not be older than six months from the tender deadline. Any arrears or other irregularities must be justified.
Tenderers who are not established in Norway can present equivalent documentation issued by the authorities in the country where the tenderer is established. The certificate must preferably be translated into Norwegian, but it will also be accepted in Swedish, Danish and English.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
The financial capacity to carry out the contract is required. A minimum requirement is that the tenderer is credit-worthy, score A in accordance with Bisnode AS using the service CreditPro, or that the tenderer has the financial capacity to implement the contract, based on the contracting authority’s assessment given in the submitted documentation from the tenderer.

Newly established companies must have the financial capacity to implement the agreement.
The contracting authority will carry out an assessment of the tenderer's finances through the company and accounting information system Bisnode AS (www.soliditet.no/creditcontrol) with the service CreditPro.
The contracting authority is not accepting credit ratings from other company and accounting information systems than Bisnode AS with the service CreditPro so that the tenderers can be assessed on equal terms.
Tenderers can attach other necessary information with their tender if the tenderer is of the opinion that Bisnode/CreditPro will not provide an accurate picture of the financial situation.
Newly established companies: Newly established companies who have not worked up a basis for a credit assessment must enclose a declaration from a bank or similar financial institution on the company's financial and economic standing.
This also applies to foreign tenderers.
As a minimum, the tenderer's liability insurance policy must have coverage that is in accordance with NS8407.

The quality assurance system must fulfil the requirements in NS-EN ISO 9001 or equivalent.
A short description must be attached of the general quality management system that the tenderer will use for the implementation of the contract (maximum 1 A4 page, a table of contents will not be accepted), or a copy of a system certificate issued by accredited certification bodies.

Tenderers must document this with a description of two turnkey projects that the company has completed for public buildings in the last 5 years, each with a minimum of 3 000 m
