Helse Vest (the Western Norway Regional Health Authority) intends to enter into a framework agreement for cannulas for epidural-, spinal-, and regional anaesthesia, and washing sets for regional anaesthesia.
The framework agreement duration is two years with the opportunity to extend for 1 year + 1 year.
The procurement is divided into ten lots.
Some of the lots have multiple product lines with specific sizes or variations of the product. For further specifications and the estimated volume, see Annex 1: Price Form. Combined estimated contract value for all of the lots is approx. NOK 1.5 million excluding VAT per year. Over a total of 4 years this amounts to approx. NOK 6 million excluding VAT.
In Lot 4, an epidural set with Nrfit connections is requested. Nrfit couplings are currently not in use in the Western Norway Regional Health Authority, and it is also uncertain when the need for Nrfit connections can occur. Therefore the estimated volume is also uncertain. If there is a need for Nrfit connections for epidural sets it can lead to reduction of equivalent products in lot 3: Epidural set.

Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to comply with the contractual obligations.
Sufficient economic and financial capacity means that the tenderer must have a credit rating of at least A or better, measured on AAA Soliditet's scale, or an equivalent score from another reputable credit rating agency.
Documented by a credit rating not older than 6 months, based on the last known fiscal figures. The rating must be carried out by a publicly certified credit rating institution.
We reserve the right to obtain a credit rating on our own initiative from a reputable rating company.
Newly started companies with a credit rating of AN, individual foreign companies or companies without reporting obligation to the Brønnøysund Register Centre will not always be able to submit a credit rating as documentation that the qualification requirement is satisfied.
