At Nasjonalbiblioteket [the National Library] we have a goal to preserve our collections, digitise them and make them accessible in a manner that captures public interest. We will also utilise digitising services for the Norwegian archive, library and museum sector.
To achieve this goal, we have developed efficient production trails for mass digitisation where more than a hundred of our employees work daily with digitisation-related work tasks.
As part of our further digitisation work, we now need to buy a camera system for digitisation of various types of printed and photographic material.

Kort beskrivelse:
During the next four-year period, we need to purchase a camera system with up to eight units that will either supplement and / or replace the Hasselblad units we currently use.
The camera system must be capable for use in a flexible manner for reproducing a varied selection of original printed and photographic techniques, which include both reflection originals and transparent originals.
We want to purchase a camera system that as a minimum contains cameras, necessary optics, software and PC workstations. Everything adapted to a daily digitisation production where we can with high performance produce authentic backup copies in high quality. Additional equipment can also be offered, but this must be priced in addition to the basic package, which must include cameras, necessary optics, software and PC workstations.

The budget framework in 2021 is NOK 1.6 million excluding VAT. If we do not get to buy all the camera units within this financial framework this year, we request a four-year option to buy more camera units gradually.
The system shall be delivered to our address in Mo i Rana, where the camera system must be able to be used as a complete module in our already established production paths for photo-digitisation.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Sufficient economic and financial capacity.
Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to be able to fulfil the contract. Creditworthiness with no requirement for guarantees will be sufficient to meet the requirement. The credit report must be based on the last known accounting figures. The rating must be carried out by a credit information company that is authorised to handle personal information. The credit rating should not be more than six months old. NB: the credit report must be performed by a credit information business (Bisnode, Experian, etc.). Also note that the requested credit report is something other than e.g. General financial information.
