The framework agreement comprises the supply of respite care services for parents/guardians with especially burdensome care for children and youths with different disabilities.
The procurement is covered by the Public Procurement Act, dated 17 June 2016 No 73 (the Public Procurement Act) and the Public Procurement Regulations dated 12 August 2016, No 974. Parts I and IV of the regulations apply for this contract.
The contracting authority plans to award a contract without having a dialogue with the tenderers beyond small clarifications/corrections.
However, a dialogue through negotiations can be held after the tenders have been received, if the contracting authority deems it to be expedient. The selection will be undertaken after an evaluation of the compliance with the award criteria. Emphasis is put on the fact that no tenderers can expect a dialogue on their tender and must, therefore, submit their best tender.
