Troms and Finnmark County would like tenders from tenderers with the professional, technical, and financial basis required for fulfilment of the contract. Furthermore, experience is required from equivalent works, for the execution of the above named contract work in accordance with the tender documentation.
The contract comprises operational and maintenance assignments, with function responsibility for some of the assignments, on county roads, and county foot/bicycle paths with associated side installations, side areas, equipment and installations in Porsanger, Lebesby, Tana, and Gamvik Municipalities in accordance with the road list provided in chapter D2-V1.

The road network included in the contract (including arms and ramps) consists of:
A total of 411.013 km road,
Of which
407 735.61 km county roads, Finnmark
1 442 km county foot/cycle paths Finnmark.
1.836 municipal roads (from 1 April 2024) only includes winter operations.
From 1 September 2023, county road 98 Ifjord x S7D1 m16779 to county road 98 Sjursjok S9D1 m 14662 with the accompanying objects, will no longer be part of this contract.
The traffic on the road network varies from approx. ADT 30 to approx. ADT 2425 and an annual traffic growth is expected of approx. 1.0 % is expected.
The assignment mainly consists of routine operation assignments and minor maintenance assignments on the road network. The assignment also consists of inspecting and registering, planning the activity, stand-by for winter operations and general traffic flow, documentation, reporting to the builder, information to the public and handling other assignments that are necessary for the operation and maintenance of the road network.

The Builder has the option to extend the contract for 12 months, from 1 September 2026 until 31 August 2027.

Tenderers must have good economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract and must fulfil the following requirements:

Tenderers must have positive equity. The tenderer's annual average turnover should be at least as large as the annual revenues the contract generates
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Qualification requirement: tenderers must have sufficient experience from assignments of a relevant nature and degree of difficulty for the following works: Operations and maintenance of roads.

The main areas included in the assignment: operation and maintenance of roads. The following sub-assignments are of significant importance for the contract work: Winter operations and traffic management.
