Kort beskrivelse:

Bergen Vann KF would like to enter into a framework agreement for crane inspection services. The inspection points (water and sewage pump stations, water treatment facilities and sewage treatment facilities) are located in the whole of Bergen and Bjørnafjorden Municipalities.

Assignment:

The contracting authority has equipment such as cranes, winches, and other lifting and fall protection equipment (annex 1). The scope is the current need and it can be changed in the contract period.

The tenderer must comply with the Regulations on the execution of work, use of work equipment and accompanying technical requirements (chapter 13 work equipment with expert inspection requirements).

The tenderer must comply with the Norwegian Labour Inspection Authority's norms for the scope of inspections for inspections carried out by experts.

Service, sites:

— cranes: Annual inspection, repairs, and extended inspections (assessment of lifetime extension),

— various fall protection equipment: Annual inspection,

— some personal protection equipment (follows the user): Annual inspection.

Service, delivery (the tenderer must follow-up missing deliveries):

— loose parts: Annual inspection,

— fixed to submerged pumps: Chains and slings: Annual inspection,

— vehicles: Pulleys, harnesses, tripods, etc.: Annual inspection.

Procurement (must be clarified with the manager):

What naturally comes under the assignment, such as:

— spare parts, pulleys, pulley tracks, lifting devices, fall protection equipment.

Hire:

Lift: If required at large sites/stations.

Test load: Annual inspection, repairs, and extended inspection (assessment of lifetime extension).

Our locations often make (small) weights more practical than water bags.

In some cases sand bags/large sacks will be available at locations.

Locations:

Bergen Municipality:

16 treatment facilities, 1 BIO-gas facility, 4 water treatment facilities 174 sewage pump stations.

If required: 1 water treatment facility and 80 water pump stations.

Bjørnafjorden Municipality:

3 treatment facilities, 1 water treatment facility and 54 sewage pump stations.

If required: 5 water pump stations.

Access:

The tenderer will get the key to objects from the sewage transport section, whilst the visit must be agreed with the manager of the objects at the water production, water distribution, and sewage treatment facility sections.

Operating system:

Bergen Municipality's (the Agency for Water and Sewage) operating system is used to maintain an overview of checkpoints and progress in Bergen Municipality. This requires a separate login for users of the mentioned operating system. The tenderer must have a separate table/PC or mobile available to communicate with us via this platform.

HSE.

The tenderer must always comply with Bergen Vann's HSE procedures. All those who work with sewage water must be vaccinated against: Tetanus, Polio, and Hepatitis A (Havrix).

1) HSE procedures in Bergen Vann;

2) What must be inspected and when;

3) Training in the Gemini Portal (map and checkpoint/building);

4) Access to the facility;

5) Contact information for the manager;

6) Certificates and updated certificates for expert inspections;

7) Invoicing;

8) Other.
