Norwegian Police Shared Services (Norwegian abbreviation: PFT) shall, on behalf of the Norwegian Police Service, enter into an agreement for the purchase of Maritime capacities for the Norwegian Police Maritime Service.
The agreement includes the purchase of 4-6 boats with the same configuration and the same equipment. The final scope is determined on the basis of the tenderers' offers, and a reservation is made that sufficient financing is available before the contract is signed.

In the period from 2022 - 2026 the contracting authority has an option for the purchase of up to 4 additional boats and any additional equipment on identical terms. Any options must be exercised no later than 31.12.2026.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Tenderers must be registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.
Documentation requirement:
• Norwegian companies: Company registration certificate
• Foreign companies: Verification that the tenderer is registered in a company register, trade register or a commerce register in the country where the tenderer is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Norwegian tenderers shall present a 'TAX and VAT certificate'. The tax certificate can be ordered from Altinn, and it must not be older than 6 months calculated from the deadline for submitting a request for participation in the competition or a tender.

Documentation requirement:
- A credit rating based on the most recent financial figures. The rating must be carried out by a credit rating company with a license to conduct this service.
If a tenderer has valid reasons for not being able to provide the documentation requested by the contracting authority, the tenderer can document his economic and financial capacity by presenting other documentation considered suitable by the contracting authority.

Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract. Creditworthiness with no requirement for guarantees will be sufficient to meet the requirement.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Documentation requirement:
Description of up to three of the tenderer’s most relevant/comparable assignments in the last three years. The description must include a statement of the assignment value, dates and recipients (name, telephone number and e-mail address). It is the tenderer's responsibility to confirm relevance through the description. A tenderer can document experience by referring to the competence of personnel at disposal for this assignment, including experience that has been acquired while personnel performed services for another service provider.

Tenderers must submit documentation of their quality assurance system and management system. The following documentation will be accepted:
Certificate of the company's quality system/management system, issued by independent bodies that confirm that the tenderer fulfils quality assurance standards in accordance with ISO 9001 or equivalent,
or
A description that, as a minimum, covers the company´s procedures/routines for:
- Dealing with deviations and claims
- The process from the receipt and registration of orders until delivery at the customer.
The tenderer must submit documentation of their environmental management system. The following documentation will be accepted:
• Valid attestation/certificates issued by independent bodies (e.g. ISO 14001, EMAS, Miljøfyrtårn or equivalent systems), or
• A description of the tenderer´s own environmental management system. The description must as a minimum include an environmental policy and environmental goals.
