In order to ensure that Avinor is once again self-financed, and can keep its fee level competitive, there is strong pressure for continually making underlying operations in the company more efficient. In order to realise these goals, several general group projects and measures will be started in the coming 1-3 years in order to succeed with the transformation. There will, thus, be a need for external assistance to carry out such a transformation. Avinor would like to enter into parallel framework agreements with up to 4 tenderers, that in in total can offer a broad spectrum of management consulting services.
