Assistance with the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs' Follow-up of Administrative Preparations (ICT projects) in the Norwegian Public Service Pension Fund (SPK)

The Ministry would like to enter into a contract for assistance from one consultant for the Ministry's follow-up of administrative preparations in SPK. The assignment will, amongst other things, involve assessing status reports and project reports, etc., that the Ministry receives from SPK, participating in meetings in the Ministry and between the Ministry and SPK. The tenderers' assistance is to be carried out in such as way that it contributes to the Ministry exercising good management and checks on SPK's implementation of the administrative preparations including giving the Ministry an overview of the status of costs, progress, quality and risk areas.
The contract duration is estimated to be from 1 November 2021 until 31 December 2025, with an option for 1 year.
