An agreement shall be established with 1 contractor for each lot. Several lots and / or places can be awarded to one and the same contractor. The contract does not represent an obligation for the contracting authority to purchase a certain minimum volume for the respective lots during the contract period. The contracts are valid from the contract date and up to and including 15.04.2025

Contract terms applicable to the contract are specified in more detail in Appendix 6: Contract terms (Avtalevilkår).

Tenders can be submitted for one, several or all lots. This applies to both the snowploughing and sanding/salting.

Tenderers must be registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.

Norwegian companies: Company registration certificate

Foreign companies: Verification showing that the tenderer is registered in a company register, professional register or a commerce register in the country where the tenderer is established.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to be able to fulfil the contract.

Creditworthiness with a minimum score of AN or B (credit against guarantee) will be sufficient to meet the requirement. (Bisnode credit rating).

Credit rating based on the most recent accounting figures. The rating must be carried out by a credit rating company with a license to conduct this service.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Tenderers must have experience from comparable assignments.

Description of two of the tenderer's most relevant assignments during the last three years. The description must include a statement of the assignment value, dates and recipients (name, telephone number and e-mail address). It is the tenderer's responsibility to document relevance through the description.

Tenderers must have sufficient ability and capacity to comply with the contract obligations.

Information about operators, certificates and other necessary public permits (to be given in a separate form, as well as a copy of the necessary approvals / certificates)

A deputy shall be named for the permanent driver. (Verification by the deputy must be enclosed with the tender).

Description of machinery and equipment (given in a separate form). Characteristics (registration nos.) of all vehicles that are to represent mechanical capacity in the tender must be listed.

Any sub-contractors shall fulfil and substantiate all of the qualification requirements.

The tenderer must be able to substantiate a realistic capacity in relation to the number of assigned lots at the entering of the contract.
