ANSK-0010-20 Framework Agreement for Roofing, Flashing and Guttering

Universitetet I Bergen (UiB) (Bergen University) wants to enter into framework agreements for flashing and guttering and roofing. The framework agreement will contribute to UiB (Bergen University) being able to efficiently and rationally approach management, operation, maintenance and development of the building stock, so that this at all time is facilitated for UiB's primary activity; research and education.

Justification for cancellation Cancellation of the call for tenders ANSK-0010-20 Framework agreement for roofing, flashing and guttering Unfortunately we have to cancel the call for tenders for a framework agreement for roofing and tinsmith work with reference ANSK-0010-20. The reason is that we have been made aware that the document 'Konkurransegrunnlag' - which among other things contains information about award criteria and their weighting - has not been available for downloading in our supplier portal due to a technical error. In accordance with the PPR's § 14-1 (3) d.4, the award criteria that apply shall be given in the tender documentation. As the documentation was unavailable, the tenderers missed important information to prepare their tenders, and this may have affected the outcome of the call for tenders. This is an error that cannot be corrected in any other manner than by cancelling and republishing the call for tenders. The call for tenders is therefore cancelled in accordance with the PPR § 25-4(1). We apologise, and hope the tenderers wish to participate in the new call for tenders.
