Kort beskrivelse:
The angiography laboratory in the Radiological Department at Sørlandet Hospital Kristiansand will be used for full-body diagnostics and intervention, in both elective and emergency situations. Endovascular and urological intervention procedures will primarily be performed. The endovascular procedures will be performed in the caput, thorax, abdomen and pelvis, and on the upper and lower extremities. Angioplasty (PTA), recanlizing, stent placement and endograft procedures are performed, as well as embolisations, thrombolysis and neurovascular thrombectomies. Gastroenterological procedures, e.g. PTC and placing stents in the biliary passages. Cardiological procedures are not currently performed at the laboratory, but the laboratory is used as a reserve laboratory for the cardio laboratory for the insertion of pacemakers and ICD.

Sørlandet Hospital Kristiansand needs a monoplan angiography system with a large detector and the accompanying table and suitable monitor system(s) and pressure syringe, for use in the existing facilitated room in the Radiological Department. Tenders are requested for either ceiling mounted or floor mounted systems, or both if a tenderer can deliver this. A drawing of the room the equipment will be placed in is attached to the tender documentation, see annexes 8 and 9. Any separate workstation that is required must be included in the tender. Necessary software must be included in the tender.

Most activity is intervention procedures where the operator stands next to the patient. Hygienic radiation measures on both sides of the table, user friendliness for both the console (separate room) and the user interface will therefore be weighted. In addition good picture quality and good navigation options will be weighted. Emphasis will be put on whether the equipment can be placed in an existing room with good, flexible solutions for positioning the patient on the table and for the table in relation to the apparatus. Good patient comfort (e.g., mattress) will be weighted as the procedures often last a long time.

There is a need for a road map function/overlay, 3D rotation angiography and CT functionality for best possible navigation help for intervention procedures. We would like to use the CT function for diagnostics and intervention procedures (biopsies), as well as for an option for navigation using previous picture diagnostic examinations (multimodal navigation).

Confirmation that the tenderer is registered in a trade register or company register in accordance with the law in the country where the tenderer is established.
Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial solidity to be able to fulfil the contractual obligations.

Tenderers must themselves obtain a credit rating from AAA Soliditet AS (previously Dun and Bradstreet) or equivalent, and attach this to the tender. A creditworthiness of A is required to be eligible for this competition. If other credit ratings are used, the company shall have the rating credit worthy.

The credit rating must, as a minimum, include accounting figures for 2019. Tenderers are themselves responsible for checking their own rating so that the necessary documentation is enclosed with the tender, see the next point.
Newly started companies, or companies that are rated lower than A or equivalent, can instead present a parent company guarantee or extracts from the last 2 years accounts that document sufficient financial solidity to fulfil the contract obligations. Alternatively, a parent company guarantee, the auditor´s report or a bank guarantee that provides equivalent security for the ability to fulfil the contract. If a parent company guarantee is provided, the parent company will be rated in an equivalent way so the requirement for A or equivalent thus applies to the parent company.
