Alvim Treatment Plant - Membrane system for MBR (Membrane Bioreactor)

Sarpsborg municipality shall enter into an agreement for the machine contract M1 in the project Extension Alvim Treatment Plant. This pre-qualification applies to contract M1 and includes process and mechanical engineering installations for the MBR (Membrane Bioreactor) tanks.
The contract includes the following main works:
• The delivery and installation of MBR equipment (membrane modules, permeate pumps, valves, pipes, instruments etc. which are placed in the MBR tanks).
• The delivery of a complete CIP system for the membranes (tanks, dosing pumps, stirrers etc.).
In addition the contract includes the following services:
• All engineering design required for a complete plant as described
• Preparation of electrical installation documentation as well as function and control description
• Preparation of documentation for the HVAC and sanitary installation
• Preparation of MOM (Management Operation and Maintenance building system) documentation
• At the first phase of the detailed design, the supplier shall be part of the design team to ensure that the design of the process and building is adapted to the supplier's membrane system.
• Training operational personnel
• Commissioning
