Potential cooperating partners must have experience within insight and planning, branding, communication concepts and advertising campaigns in all channels.
Ruter has many exciting challenges and assignments to tackle, and a wide range of needs for advertising agencies. Considerable experience, capacity and flexibility is required to staff a large and varying need. Some of our primary assignments moving forward will be:
— get more to choose green mobility forms instead of cars,
— convert customers over to and ensure use of a new app that will be launched in the first half of 2021,
— strengthen the position ‘Ruter moves people closer to each other so that cities remain small,
— secure the proportion of paying customers,
— launch new mobility forms in Ruter's interface.

In recent years Ruter has been actively working to consolidate a more emotional position with great success. This is through showing that we care about the city and the people who live here, and that we want to bring people together in more ways than just transporting them from A to B. In campaigns focusing on tolerance, diversity and a sense of neighbourhood, we have made several moves toward the city remaining small. We will continue to build on this position and refine it in the years to come.
