Bussanlegg AS currently owns seven bus depots located in Oslo and Viken. Each depot consists of parking spaces for buses and operations buildings for technical maintenance and washing of buses, as well as office spaces for operations personnel. The bus depots have a combined building mass of 32 100 m and site area of 131 000 m. In addition, the following new depots are being established: Mortensrud (site area of 31 275 m), completion January 2022 and Stubberud (site area of approx. 44 000 m), completion November 2022. The purpose of the procurement is to cover Bussanlegg AS’ (BA) need for administration and janitor services for the property portfolio. The service will also include a contingency plan that will handle critical events on buildings and facilities after normal working hours, on weekends and on public holidays.
