Administration and Management of Microsoft Agreements for Software and ‘Cloud’ Services for Helse Sør-Øst, Helse Nord and Helse Midt-Norge

The contracting authority wants to enter into a contract with a distributor of software and ‘cloud services’. The distributor must administer and manage agreements that include licenses and services from Microsoft used by:
• the Health Trusts in Helse Sør-Øst (Southern and Eastern Norway Regional Health Authority);
• Helse Nord (Northern Norway Regional Health Authority); and
• Helse Midt-Norge (Central Norway Regional Health Authority).
The agreements to be administered include
• EA (Enterprise Agreement);
• MPSA (Microsoft Products and Services Agreements);
• EAS (Enterprise Agreement Subscription); and
• SCE (Server and Cloud Enrolment).
These agreements will be separate procurements and will be carried out in accordance with the Public Procurement Regulations. The CSP (Cloud Service Provider) agreement with the distributor is included in this scope of procurement.
